Strategic Client Partner

Provide leadership to cross-functional teams to accomplish all activities and deliverables according to client contracts, agreements and to ensure that services and products consistently meet the high level of quality expected by company and the client. Responsible for delivery of creative client solutions, ensuring quality execution and the overall health of client relationships. Provide oversight to accounts ensuring client retention and continued client growth.


The Warehouse Manager is accountable for the physical custody & overall safeguarding of inventory, physical locations such as company owned or leased warehouse, and all warehouse and material handling operations and processes. The principal responsibility of every employee is to aid in the production of superior quality products.

Customer Success Manager

Works under direct supervision of a Strategic Client Partner in Professional Services and is responsible for management of assigned client programs. The Customer Success Manager operates both at the operational level and is required to be able to work independently, and to effectively manage client programs on a day-to-day basis. The Customer Success Manager should be a self-starter and able to take on some Strategic Client Partner responsibilities with the goal of developing into that role.
