Johnson & Johnson is an American multinational corporation founded in 1886 that develops medical devices, pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods. J&J is ranked No. 37 on the 2018 Fortune 500 list of the largest United States corporations by total revenue. The corporation includes 250 subsidiary companies with operations in 60 countries and products sold in over 175 countries.

J&J's brands include numerous household names of medications and first aid supplies. Among its well-known consumer products are the Band-Aid Brand line of bandages, Tylenol medications, Johnson's Baby products, Neutrogena skin and beauty products.


Johnson & Johnson had a 2 year plan to recruit and register over 30,000 Dental Professionals throughout the United States. These Professionals would need to be willing to promote the J&J Line of Dental Products and refer these products to their professional colleagues. J&J was looking for a company to partner with that could help develop their multi phased marketing plan.

Encompass Elements, at that time was a new fulfillment solutions provider to the J&J Oral Health Brand. They asked us to join forces with J&J's creative team to create, build and launch a multi phased direct marketing program. This program would drive Dental Professionals to a new Micro-Website where they completed a questionnaire to become registered for free J&J Dental Health Product Samples.

We targeted dental professionals using emails and direct mailings spread over a two year period, repeating the above strategies over a series of 5 blasts targeting various groups within the Dental Professional Community.
