Our health care marketing agency (HMA) customer was established in 2017, they are a WBENC certified women owned business. The HMA’s vision is to provide consumers with a healthier way of living through lifestyle practices, educational material, and product sampling. They create customizable well-being programs, products & services to meet the unique needs of consumers, companies, employees, & the communities where they live, work, and travel. These programs are anchored in education but presented in an engaging way by showcasing products and services that lead to a sustainable healthy lifestyle and achieve the shared goal to improve human health.
The HMA needed a wide range of marketing support services with launching their program and was not receiving the attention, customer service, and pricing they needed. They needed a supplier/partner that could be nimble and supportive during their startup phase. Their projects needed guidance and execution in the areas of digital printing, packaging options, postal expertise, inventory, and project management, and maybe most importantly, someone to listen!
Encompass Elements (EE) assigned a dedicated account team to assess HMA’s business model and scope of work. The Encompass Elements team began the endeavor of designing packaging prototypes, creating project plans, determining best mailing/ shipping method and cost estimates for their start up efforts. EE demonstrated 100% willingness to support their start-up efforts in every fashion, including strategic projects to help launch their products. By 2018 the HMA secured a contract with a major grocery supplier, whereby EE supplied ongoing package design, digital printing, kitting, inventory management, and logistics. The EE account team also traveled to several major business conferences to help coordinate the HMA’s events and oversee the product logistics and delivery on-site.

The HMA collaborated with one
of their healthcare customers to
distribute health marketing packs to
strategic college campuses across
the US. All key production elements,
logistics, and distribution components
were produced by the EE team.
The HMA’s healthcare customer achieved
a 17% jump in in-store sales as
compared to stores in areas where
the packs were not distributed.
